Belen River Tarpon Lodge is the first full-service Panama sports fishing lodge on the Caribbean coastline. The Belen River Tarpon Lodge is located in a small fishing village called, Belen, near the mouth of the infamous Rio Belen – home to enormous schools of Tarpon and other sports fishing favorites.
Please understand that our goal is to provide an affordable sport fishing experience for our guests. Therefore the listings for hotel and lodges found on our website are simply recommendations. We do not mark up room rates, nor do we accept commissions for referring our clients to the local innkeepers. We do insist that innkeepers and vendors listed on this website must keep your lodging expenses to a minimum. In many cases we have negotiated special pricing for our guests and clients. So be sure to let the vendor know up front that you were referred by Panama Rick and ask for special discounted rates.
